For additional information, we often refer to the Princess website, which has extensive details on pre-cruise preparation, onboard life, photos, videos, and more. What Does My Super Cruise Fare Include?

Your Super Cruise fare includes everything that all guests enjoy aboard Star Princess, plus exclusive Super Cruise group amenities and activities:

• Ship Accommodations & Ocean Transportatio
• Most Meals & Select Beverages Onboard
• Onboard Entertainment
• Exclusive Group Events: Private parties, “Big Grid’ squares, and other Super Cruise-only activities

Important Note: Guests who do not book in the Super Cruise Group are not eligible to attend our private group functions or participate in Super Cruise group events (e.g., sideboard sales, daily ding dong, LCR, Super Poker, cocktail parties) and will not be cross-referenced for group dining.

When Should I Book My Reservation?

We are accepting reservations now and will continue until cabins sell out. Past Super Cruises have filled as early as summertime, so book early to secure the best cabin locations-especially if you prefer suites or balcony cabins. Last-minute bookings rarely offer lower rates or prime cabin choices.

What Forms of Payment Are Accepted?

Your payments are processed  directly with Princess using:

• Credit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express
• Debit Cards: Processed immediately upon receipt to avoid declined transactions

Tip for Onboard Purchases:
Check with your bank about any daily spending limits on your debit card to prevent issues while on the ship.

What Identification Do I Need for Travel?

U.S. Citizens

• Recommended: Valid Passport
• Alternative: Original state-issued birth certificate (no photocopies!) plus government-issued photo ID

If your name has changed (e.g., marriage), carry supporting documents or have a passport in your married name.

Non-U.S. Citizens

• Passport from your country of citizenship, plus any required visas

Passenger Responsibility: Ensuring you have proper travel documents is your responsibility. If you lack the required identification, you can be denied boarding with no refund. Please visit the U.S. State Department website for the most up-to-date information.

“Closed-Loop” Cruises (U.S. Citizens):
If you depart from a U.S. port, only visit destinations in the Western Hemisphere, and return to the same U.S. port, you may present a government-issued photo ID plus proof of citizenship. However, some foreign ports may still require a passport. Check with Princess to confirm

When Will I Receive My Cabin Number and Booking Number?

If you book early, your cabin number will be assigned promptly— especially if you have location preferences. This is crucial for securing popular areas on the ship. If a “TBA” cabin is necessary, you will still receive a confirmed cabin number and booking number before you sail. Keep in mind, friends who book later may end up in a different part of the ship.

When Will I Receive My Tickets and Travel Information?

All cruise tickets are issued as E-tickets, accessible via the Princess App. You will receive instructions on how to:

• Complete online registration
• Access and print your “E-docs,” including cruise tickets and luggage tags

What If I Need to Cancel My Super Cruise Vacation?

Cancellation charges are based on the date you notify us:

Cancellation Date Fee per Person 

Up to August 1, 2026 No penalty 

August 1 – September 30, 2026 $100 per person fee* 

October 1 – November 3, 2026 $200 per person fee* 

November 4 – November 30, 2026 25% of Total Charge* 

December 1 – December 14, 2026 50% of Total Charge* 

December 15 – January 14, 2027 75% of Total Charge 

After December 14, 2027 100% of Total Charge 

*Cancellation charges are based on Group fares – reservations made under promotional fares are subject to the rules that govern such fares — see next point:

Note: Occasionally there are promotional fares available on our sailing that may represent a greater value for our group cruise guests; if a guest requests and accepts a fare that has restrictions and/or cancellation fees different than our group terms, those rules will govern the booking. Upon acceptance of booking with such restrictions, the terms applicable to your booking take precedence over the terms outlined here. The deposit policy of said promotional fare will be required to secure your booking. Your invoice statement will list your booking’s terms.

Promotional Fares

If you book under a special fare (e.g., triple/quad accommodations, BOGO offers), those fare rules (including deposit and cancellation terms) override the group terms listed here. Additionally, Super Cruise Program Fees added to a promotional fare are non-refundable at any time.

Change Fees

• Changes to your reservations will incur a $25 per change fee and will be added to your booking.
  • Examples of changes are:
    • Roommate name change
    • Cabin category change
    • Changes in occupancy that require moving to a new cabin
    • Etc.
• Changes to both guests in a reservation are not permitted by cruise line. You may change your roommate’s name if you are replacing them but “double name changes” are not allowed; a full cancellation is required if both original guests cannot travel.

Late Payments

The final payment date is firm; no extensions can be granted.

Replacing Your Reservation

If you find someone to take your place, the cruise line may waive certain cancellation or name change fees at its discretion. The Super Crew will attempt to re-sell your cabin but cannot guarantee a replacement.

Acceptance of Terms

Your reservation implies consent to these terms. If you disagree, you have 14 days from booking to cancel and receive a full refund (unless you book within 90 days of sailing or under a promotional fare with stricter terms).

Do You Offer Travel Insurance?

Yes! We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance for peace of mind. Allianz Travel Insurance is one option that covers many unforeseen travel mishaps and emergencies, ensuring you can relax and enjoy your vacation without worry. 

Do You Offer a Pre-Cruise Hotel Option?
